Herewith we have come out with a most significant and most wanted concept of FLAMEPROOF / WEATHERPROOF POWER CENTER TO BE USED IN:-

Underground coal Mines in India are becoming more & more extensive and deep to deeper as well. Cost of productivity, transportability & electrical networking are gradually becoming serious concern for the Engineers/technicians associated in Under ground Coal mines. Our FLP/WP POWER CENTER is dedicated to them.

FLAMEPROOF / WEATHERPROOF POWER CENTER (Type -FLP-RH-PCP-13)is a stand alone unit to cater the appropriate services of the following function ;

• FLP /WP GATE-END –BOX for the Electrical operation & control of SDL / LHD Machines

• FLP/WP DOL/ Star-Delta Starter for the Electrical operation of Pumps, conveyors, compressors

• FLP/WP Lighting transformer to illuminate UG roadways and faces with optimum cable length

• FLP/WP Drill control Panel for operating Coal Drill machine for two nos at a time.

So far the above units are being individually connected through power cable to be tapped from individual Air Circuit Breakers. Our Product ,as above, has the potential of declaring enough freedom from the requirement of unusual number of ACBs and Power Cables followed by the requirement of recurring Manpower & spares material.

This unit can be placed just near the TRANSWITCH on standalone basis. All the above Electrical Equipments under one Bus-bar shall get connected through Power Cable with the TRANSWITCH.

ALTERNATIVELY, the above unit can be disintegrated and thereby may be used as a separate four unit at four respective position in Underground as per the requirement .
