This Cap Lamp is an innovative product in which adopt Li-ion battery is used with LED. It overcomes the weakness of traditional Mining Cap lamp in which battery and Lamp are separately connected with the Cable, and the inconvenience of application or to carry handle the same.

The highest luminance in full mode is 3900 lux (at 1 meter in front of lamp) and after 16 working hours,the luminance can be still maintained around 3500 lux in auxiliary mode.

4) Fashion outlook with good heat-sinking design made from ABS Engineering Plastic material. After long time application, the body of lamp can be nearly same as the circumstance temperature so that no any influence to the Li-Ion battery feature.

5) Selecting Using high quality component, famous branded Li-Ion battery, The life for this lamp will be around 2 years. This lamp had been approved by CIMFR Dhanbad. It is suitable for use in Underground coal I Metal mines, oil mines, oil exploring companies etc.

Battery Details:

Rechargeable Li-ion battery is made of special quality with special circuits due to which battery cannot Fail due to following reasons:

a) Battery is protected with over charging

b) Battery is protected with under charging.

c) Battery is protected with Short Circuit Protection.

d) Battery is protected with Over Discharge Protection.

e) Battery is protected with Over Current Protection.

f) Battery is easily replaceable.

Components Details:

Main enclosure consist of PCB with all protection circuit. Reflector consists of one main LED and Six small Auxiliary LEDs with charging indications. It is also provided with Anode contacts for charging.

Operating Instruction:

The cap lamp is provided with 3 way switch with following features In First press; the main LED will glow in full light mode. In Second press; the main LED as well as auxiliary LED (6nos) will glow with Reduced Illumination. In Third press; The LED cap lamp will be switch off.

The LED cap lamp will switch over automatically in to Energy saving mode after 09 to 12 & will work with availing LED for 3 Hours another

Charging indications are provided, RED for charging and GREEN for fully charged.

Note: Charging is to be done in safe area only.
